REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS: IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR THE SKI TRIP ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26TH, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE ON THE BUS. THE BUS WILL LEAVE FROM THE SCHOOL AT 8:30AM. YOU NEED TO BE AT THE SCHOOL BY 8:15AM. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE TO DISCOVERY, YOU MUST RIDE THE BUS UNLESS YOUR PARENT IS TAKING YOU! THE BUS WILL RETURN AT APPROXIMATELY 4:45PM. PLEASE BRING A LUNCH OR MONEY TO PURCHASE A LUNCH, WATER TO DRINK, AND PLEASE DRESS WARMLY. IT SHOULD BE A GREAT DAY ON THE SLOPES!!
TODAY: Thursday, February 22nd, permission slips to ride the pep bus are due to the office immediately. The bus will leave at 12:30pm and return at approximately 5pm. The cost of admission for a student is $8. You may pay Lisa $1 to wear your hat. The proceeds will go to the Alzheimer’s Association. The class with the highest percentage of kids who participate will receive a bag of taffy. The Trojans will play the Manhattan Christian Eagles at 2pm in Frenchtown. COMING UP: Monday, February 26th, there is no school. 1st-12th graders who returned a permission slip will be skiing. Tuesday, February 27th, there will be a 21st Century activity after school for 1st & 2nd graders who returned a permission slip.
