
There will be a Junior High Football skills camp for all interested players coming into fifth through eighth grade. It will take place at the football field on Monday and Tuesday, July 21-22 from 6-8pm. This is a non contact skills camp. There will be no charge to attend. The end of the school year brings lots of fun days! Kindergarten, first, second and third grades had a fun field trip to Philipsburg. They visited the Granite County Courthouse, The Sweet Palace, The Sapphire Gallery, and The Granite County Museum. Thank you to all of these places for hosting our students!

After dedicating many years of service to Drummond Public Schools, Mr. Humiston and Mr. Oberweiser have decided to retire. We appreciate their teaching and commitment to education. They will be greatly missed.

It looks like Field Day for K-6th was a great time!!











The second graders wrote and were able to publish a book containing Diamante' and Acrostic poems they had written. Lincoln Jesse was the artist behind the cover and Blakely Shields designed the title page. They read their published book to friends and family and then provided delicious treats they had made in class. Great job!






The annual Bikes for Books, sponsored by the Masons from Ruby Lodge #36 took place on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025. The students have spent countless hours reading and then reading some more. The lucky recipients for this year were: 3rd grade: Sawyer Legg, 4th grade: Kourtney Dahl, 5th grade: Jersi Kruger, and 6th grade: Cooper Parsons. The top reader winner was Annabell Bailey! Congratulations to all the students and a huge THANK YOU to the Masons for sponsoring this great program!


Third grade had their Parent Program. Each student presented on a state of their choosing, and a Google Slide show about a favorite animal. The program concluded with delicious snacks being served. Thank you to all the parents who came and enjoyed this great program!!


The Eighth Grade Promotion will take place at 6pm, on Tuesday, May 27th in the Auxiliary Gym. Congratulations to the Class of 2029! Macey Anderson, Jayden Buche, Kiley Bullock, Bentley Covington, Tristan Graybeal, Jake Koon, Jarron Kruger, Brennan Lacy, Ajay Legg, Jackson Ostler, Paco Ostler, Cade Parsons, Dakota Parsons, Rebekah Perry, Daniel Rasmussen, Tierrah Rigby, Hailey Suthers, and Jacklyn Wetsch.


Thanks to the Granite County Center Foundation, the first, second and third grade teachers were awarded a grant to purchase a science kit. The first grade students have been studying plants. Students have been learning about a plant's life cycle and what a plant needs to survive. The plants that were studied are brassica.





Today was a special day for one of our Trojans! Michael James signed with the University of Montana Western Men's Track and Field where he will continue his academic and athletic success at the next level. Congratulations Mr. James!
