The Drummond FFA Chapter was awarded a check in the amount of $1674.00 from Crystalyx. Hogan Ranch and Builder Supply of Hall, coordinated with them to raise funds for the local FFA Chapter. Thank you to Hogan's and Crystalyx for your support of our students.

Students from Hall, Philipsburg, and Drummond competed in the County Spelling Bee held Tuesday, February 18th at the Drummond Schools. Congratulations to Macey Anderson who was the winner, and to Porter Anderson who placed second! Everyone did a great job!
The Junior High Girls basketball games at Victor have been cancelled.
Trojans and Lady Trojans Basketball teams both completed regular season play this past weekend, both earning a 4th seed at this week's divisional tournament. Please come out and cheer on both teams who will be competing Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in Frenchtown. Boys will play first at 10:30am on Thursday, and girls will play at 1:30pm. Tournament brackets are included below.



Granite Prospector, Senior Augustus Fitz needs our support. Gus is currently in a Spokane Washington hospital after contracting a viral infection that has required him to be on life support. We will be donating the gate proceeds from tonight's basketball games against Hot Springs to Gus and his family. Please come show your Trojan support!

A day spent at Discovery Ski Area on a brisk Monday! The kids had a great time! There was blue sky by the afternoon and fresh snow! Thank you to all our chaperones and bus drivers for providing a great day!

Weather report from the ski hill this morning is 4 degrees above with calm winds. Please dress warm if you are attending ski day today. Bus will depart from the school at 8:30am this morning.
Please remember that tomorrow is a ski day and a no school day. We will be watching temperatures carefully Monday morning. If we need to cancel the ski day due to frigid temperatures, we will make that announcement Monday morning as soon as possible. Remember to dress warm for the ski day. Our FTC competed yesterday at the state championship in Bozeman, and while we didnt have the reults we wanted in our matches, these student athletes won the Connect Award. They have had a lot of determination over the last 4 years to get to where they are now. We are looking forward to next years challenge. #wearedrummond

The Hall bus is running late due to mechanical issues. I am not sure how late it will be at your bus stop. Another bus has been sent.
ALL basketball practices both JH and HS are cancelled for tonight, Tuesday, Feb. 4th.
If you happened to see any snowmen out and about around town, the Drummond High School shop kids made the wooden ones, and the art work ones that were on display in Drummond business windows were made by the Drummond Elementary Students! Great job adding some winter fun to Drummond!!

Due to the predicted continued weather, as well as a conversation with our snow plow crew, Drummond School will run a two hour delayed start tomorrow morning, Tuesday, Feb. 4th. This will give snowplow crews a better chance of having our bus routes safe for our students tomorrow morning. Classes will begin at 10am. Please help us spread the word.
