The Avon Grange sponsored a coloring contest, and three of our students were awarded ribbons. Congratulations to Kesley Greany (1st), Lincoln Jesse (3rd), and Kalyn Rodriguez (2nd). Great job everyone!

FFA Banquet

Congratulations to Jaxson Dahl and Andrea Buche who were the winners of the 6th grade Philanthropy Scholarship Essay. They were each awarded a cash prize. This scholarship was funded by the Flint Creek Masons and administered by the PAEF (Philipsburg Area Education Foundation). Thank you to these to organizations for your support of our students!

Last night, Drummond Seniors represented our community well at the Philipsburg Area Education Foundation (PAEF) Scholarship Awards Banquet. The following students received scholarships:

Don't forget the Spring Concerts for Elementary and JH/HS will take place this week! The Elementary Concert is Thursday, May 1st, and the JH/HS Concert will take place Friday, May 2nd. Both concerts will begin at 6pm in the Auxiliary Gym. All participants need to be at the gym by 5:30pm. Please come enjoy some fabulous music that our students and Mrs. Anderson have been working very hard on!!
Reminder:
Adult Pottery Class starts this Tuesday (April 29th) in the high school art room from 5:00 - 7:00 pm (ish).
Come learn basic clay skills as well as how to throw on the potter's wheel.
Common Questions:
1. Do I have to attend every class? No
2. What if I have to leave early? We can make it work!
3. Is there a cost? No cost! Donations are always accepted.
4. How many can take the class? We have 6 pottery wheels, so if we work in pairs, we can have 12 students at a time.

If you have noticed bird houses, paper and otherwise, around town, it is thanks to the Drummond School kids and Rosina's Preschool students. The artwork in the businesses was courtesy of the elementary and preschool kids, and the wooden bird houses were made by the Drummond shop classes! Thanks to all our students for brightening up our town!
